1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the Leoozeoo phone case e-commerce platform (the "Service") provided by Leoozeoo (the "Company"). Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
2. Definitions
• "User": Any individual who uses the Service • "Products": Phone cases and related accessories listed or sold through the Service • "Order": A user's request to purchase a product
3. Provision of Service
The Company provides product recommendation and search services using AI technology. Product purchases are processed through designated payment methods (PayPal, etc.). Product delivery is handled by our logistics partners.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service: • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals • Acts related to criminal activity • Acts that disrupt or interfere with the Company's servers or networks • Acts that falsify or delete information related to the Service without authorization • Acts that collect or accumulate personal information about other users • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
5. Shipping and Returns
Products are shipped within 7–14 business days after order confirmation. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items only. Return shipping costs are borne by the user unless the product is defective.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) related to the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these intellectual properties without prior written consent from the Company.
7. Disclaimer
The Company bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by users in the following circumstances: • Damages arising from use of the Service • Disputes arising between users • Damages caused by system failures or delays • Damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters
8. Amendments and Governing Law
The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice when deemed necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon publication on this website. All disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
