After not seeing much of them lately, Apple has released a new ad emphasizing its privacy strengths, the first in a while. The ad clearly shows how Safari protects privacy better than Chrome.

Does Chrome Get You Followed by Trackers Everywhere?
In Apple's new privacy ad, "data trackers" that follow Chrome users are depicted as slightly creepy people covered in silver. They ride on users' backs everywhere and constantly peek into their phone screens.
In contrast, Safari users don't experience this. Safari blocks third-party cookies by default and uses machine learning to fight tracking. Privacy protection is further enhanced in private browsing.
For Safari users, the creepy silver people disappear instantly. The ad ends with the tagline "Privacy. That's iPhone."
Has Apple's Privacy Marketing Not Ended?
Recently, Apple has been expanding ad space for various native apps, so I personally thought Apple's privacy marketing might be over. But now it's clear that Apple's long-standing stance continues.
Current CEO Tim Cook once called privacy a fundamental human right. I hope that incoming CEO John Ternus will maintain this stance.
